Does anyone know if the Bailey control panel does in fact charge the vehicle battery as well.
Been allocated a pitch that is almost totally under a tree and there is nothing getting to the solar panel. So vehicle battery is not being topped up.

If you have a Seattle control panel it appears it can be set so that both the starter and leisure batteries can be charged at the same time when on EHU by selecting Chg V Batt in the settings menu.

Will give it a go as here for two weeks and will need to top up the engine battery.

Yep that works great
Currently showing as 13.4V on van battery.
