Morning All,

Question: Is there a 240v pump installed with the Alde system or is it just the 12v pump in the 'header tank'.

Ours only has one pump in the header tank for the heating. Some have an inline pump but that would be instead of rather than two pumps.

Doubt you would have two. We have a 12v in line pump next to the boiler in our 2015 Hymer. Alde do have a 240v pump available as an extra.
