Hello!
I've got a brand new 22 plate Bailey Autograph 79-4i. It has the Whale water filling system with hose and connection plug.
On filling the tank it takes ages to register any level and then only gets to about 57% full despite the tank being absolutely filled to the brim.
It went down to 0% pretty soon afterwards despite only filling the sink a couple of times and brushing our teeth. On a visual inspection of the tank, the water had barely dropped a couple of inches. And at 0% the water pump will not cut in. Very frustrating!!!
I've tried emptying the tank completely and pressing the 'calibrate tank' button on the main control panel and refilling the tank from empty but the problem still exists.
It's still under warranty being brand new but I'd like to try and fix it myself before driving from Gloucester back to the dealership in Northampton!
Any advice greatly appreciated!
(Oh the Whale Pumps service people said it was the panel as they don't have issues with their sensors!)
