Had this van about one year 2018 model. We have gone away max 4 times in it but every time we come back another problem gets worse. 3 of the wall cupboards are out of line and one the struts are not working so got to hold it up. The hab door won’t open from the inside. Well it will if you put pressure on the bottom corner with your foot. Please tell me others have the same problems and how to rectify, don’t fancy another trek up north to supplying dealer(3hours).

I assume that by lockers out of line you are referring to the doors. Don’t have the alignment issue but a quick look in my Autograph this morning suggests that you have to move the hinge on the door side.
Personally if that were the case in mine then I would go warranty route knowing that these doors are made in Italy a small mistake could be a costly one.
Had a similar problem with the gas strut on my van in the galley overhead locker that gets used the most. Got a replacement 10mm metal ball end strut from SGS in Derby sent in a couple of days (£30). Arranged a warranty replacement and picked it up next time I was in the area of our supplying dealership so now I have a spare. I have also added draft excluder to the inside of the door to stop any movement - this takes the stress off the strut when closed. I had the problem of the doors opening when driving, admittedly that’s like Ari Vatanen. Problem solved.
Door is Hartal I believe. Had a “sticky” issue with mine. But at the top. Traced it to hot weather and where the location (not locking) catch lines up. Simple act of dropping the catch plate on the door frame and a small fettling with a file on a baking hot day and problem solved. The catch has a hole to pin it in place but my thoughts are that these van things “move” a bit so I have refrained from doing that just in case it gives me another problem.
Several threads on MHF if you search Hartal.
I see you are based in Glos. Likewise. You are always welcome to pootle over and I can have a quick look. Can’t promise to fix it but never know.

can you not get a dealer closer to home to look at problems , I believe some Bailey dealers have signed up to transient dealer scheme and will look at motorhomes not originally purchased from them
