I am having trouble with no water to my taps, the pump is running but doesn’t pump water and never cuts off. I am going to replace the pump can someone tell me where it’s located and what pump I need to buy.

It works sometimes then just stops working

I had that with our system. Had to change the non-return valve. These things can be tricky to track down sometimes.
