Afternoon, just introduced myself and I'm straight into the questions!!

We have a 2018 Bailey 76-4 and the radio in the cab works perfectly, that is until you turn on the habitation power.

The radio still illuminates but shows a message that DAB is not available. Turn the habitation power off and it works fine again.

I've scoured the internet and can't find an answer. I've emailed Bailey who helpfully tell me to go to a Peugoet dealer, great thanks!

I know there's a relay that cuts the habitation off when the engine is started, so is there something similar for the radio / aerial does anyone know?

Many many many thanks, Ady

i cant help you on this issue other than to say that on my 2019 Advance on a Peugeot, the radio operates fine both with habitation power on & off. Im not sure if they changed the radio unit from 2018. Here are photos of my head unit

Which Head unit do you have, factory fit or the Panasonic media pack one

I would think the DAB isn’t functioning due to interference from the hab electrics stopping any signal being received. Even some houses have this with led lamps fitted.

DAB radio isn’t the strongest signal out there and it could be that turning your hab power on is interfering with the DAB signal.
Where is your antenna located?
