Bailey 68-2 Batteries

I have recently bought a Bailey Autograph 68-2 2017/2018 model. I have worked out most locations and fixtures.

I cannot locate the leisure batteries. Any help would be appreciated.

I see what you mean as according to page 57 of the owners manual it's 'under the floor' which doesn't help that much!

The Leisure Battery
The leisure battery(s) is located under the floor
in the motorhome in a sealed compartment.
The Autograph compartment will accommodate
two batteries up to 110 amperes/hours capacity.
The Advance compartment accomodates one
battery of up to 110 amperes/ hours capacity.

MissDaisy We have the 79-6 and the batteries are under the floor, if you lift the mats you should see 2 access hatches, one is for the water tank and the other is the battery compartment, ours is in line with the habitation door but I assume it will vary dependant on the model.

edit, if it will help I can photograph ours tomorrow for you though as I said it is the 79-6 not the 68-2

On the 794 it was in the lounge just lift the floor where the table lives and then the hatch is revealed

Thank you for your suggestions guys. We will have a closer inspection tomorrow. The manual leaves a lot to desired. "Fuses below the bed . . ." In the 68-2 they are in a hatch below the wardrobe. All part of my learning curve
