Phil, @busby follow the Slimmers World menus...you don't have to sign up or go to the weekly sessions, but all the menus are on line and it's really good food and you don't feel like your starving yourself. I'm down to 74.9 kilo this morning when I weighed myself...I was 87.7 in June when I started it. Lots of cycling as well has helped.

Same as you with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis but can assure you although it hurts the best thing you can do is walk and cycle,,If you loose muscle it will get worse. I have had it 24 years now and could not walk at all without walking sticks when i first got it. The weather in Spain helps a lot also,,Good luck,,BUSBY.
