Anyone know if it’s possible to obtain a bed infill for a 2004 Hymer 674. In 2007 Hymer started making a bed infill for the B674 and I want one. Also how did it work...was it complicated with rollers to pull out or was it just put on a couple of slats of wood screwed to the side. And of course is there anything about the construction of the 2004 B674 that would not allow the insertion of a fill in ?

I doubt they do two singles with infill to make a double on the 2004 model.....because you'd lose the ability to use the steps.

There's nothing stopping you making a diy permanent double with steps at the end of the bed. But the steps might interfere with access to the bathroom & wardrobe, unless you use steps which can be moved out as required.

Looks a nice van if it's the one shown for sale at www.we-wo.de

www.ACEFOAM.co.uk will cut any size foam you require and will post it to you.
Make a cover and insert a bottom piece of plywood with slightly rounded corners and zip it up.
Screw 2 wooden support batton's either side of the existing single beds.
Place new blue foam cushion on supports.
A small access ladder can be made to access the newly formed king size bed.

Our 2006 had the infill and a ladder pulled out of the storage somewhere and hung on the end as the infill covered the steps. Didn't have it long enough to take pics.
