B614 remove sink in washroom (1 Viewer)

Hi . Born again motorhomes just retired.
We have a b614 which has developed a water leak under the sink in washroom.
It would appear the mirror needs to be removed to expose sink top fixings , this should allow the sink to be free.
We had a recommended chap take a look but clearly did not want to do the repair claiming all kind of reasons.
Anyone had the same problem.?
