B544 A class window seal

[Figaro]

2003 B544 Hymer A class. My driver's side sliding window seal seems to have perished and now just puckers up if I try and open the window.

Does anyone know how to replace this seal and where it's available from ?
Can it be replaced in situ ?

I think there's a Seal company in the 'reviews' called Seals 4U, or somesuch name?
