Awning Repair?

We have a small tear at each side of the awning where it meets the RV. What can be done? Please let me have your suggestions, I don't know what to do. :Confused:

I believe that Linda sell awning repair tape, not sure if it will do the job but worth an ask? Otherwise it might be that you will need to take down the fabric and have it repaired by an awning repair company, there are some that advertise in the CC magazine (at the back)......
