Can anyone help? Whilst on our first trip away to France near the end of our holiday (thank god) the winding mechanism went kaput with our awning out. We tried everything to get it to work but to no avail. We had no option but to cut the awning screw of the frame and cable tie it to the top of the van.
Hence now we need to replace it. Is there anywhere in Northern Irel or would we have to deal with the mainland. Keeping in mind we had to replace a small window a short time ago and the autotrail dealer we contacted here was to say the least useless(cant remember which one).
Any advice would be great.
