Can anyone advise whether the 12V power lead plug on a Avtex 18DRS or Cello 19" traveller II TV has a Hella DIN 12v plug on it or a standard 12v cigarette lighter plug?
I will need to add a 12v socket to power a TV so need to get the right socket....
Ta :)

The Avtex is a cigar lighter, As Kevan said, easier to by an adapter or change the Hella socket, dead easy to do

Cheers :) thanks for that :) - the issue I have there is 12v wiring for the TV (a single black 3 strand cable with blue, brown and green?) inner cable strands, but it isn't wired into a plug/socket of any form, so I'll need to hole cut and install a 12v socket in any event to power a TV. the question was really to workout what I needed put in - a Hella or a cigar lighter plug

If it needed a Hella socket, I might have moved one of the ones in the van and replaced it with a twin USB socket - but as it looks like a cigar socket - that's what I'll need to buy & fit :)

I'm certain the black power cable is 12v - I'll check it anyway before - all the 12v cabling in the van has black outers, with 240v cabling having a white outer casing - looking at other 12v plugs, they only use the blue and brown inner cables - do I assume just cut the third strand short and leave it redundant?
