I'm laying up our Savannah whilst we do our house move ( Going to sunny Llandudno). I have opened the taps to the Fresh water tank plus the drain valve under the bed at the side of the boiler, opened all taps and run pump several times. However I know there will still be pockets of water left in the system, do any of you clever people know of any further precautions I could take to remove them(n). The new storage site is very exposed and high up in the hills.

If you have an outside shower as we do on our Apache then I found it worthwhile fitting it and blowing hard through it, surprising the water that comes out of the taps then

I found this quiet helpful especially when I pressed the handle to open it:confused:

DEK..
I do same, drain the fresh and pull the lever for the boiler.
Run the pump a while.. If I am leaving for a while or i know its going to be extra cold I also take off one end from the water pump and unscrew the filter bowl.. Leave taps open as well.
As you know had this AT since 2012 so all good so far..
