Hi, has anyone done what I want to do and added a towbar and bike rack to an Autotrail Tracker (2013 model)? It's to suit two 25kg ebikes. My main concern is clearance for the spare tyre bulge. I'm interested in any towbar/rack combinations that will work on this van. As far as payload is concerned I'm in the process of upplating from 3650 to 3850 GVW with SvTec, so will be covered for that.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks. Ian

CHECK.... You may go from 3650 to 3850 BUT that does not guarantee any increase on the rear axle weight.. So I would double check as any extra weight right on the back end will add to the axle. Also with the cantilever effect say 100kg add to the back will increase the load on rear axle by an added amount ie 130-150kg...
2 x 25kg bike
1 x Towbar
1 x bike rack
It all adds up..

Hi Tonka, thanks for the caution. SvTec tell me that the max rear axle will change from 2000 to 2240. That should allow for the combined weight plus some extra for beer etc. Ian
