Hi would this be just stuck down

As I trying to sort a leak and don’t look like these brackets as screwed ?

Is their a screw through the corner mount into the roof or through into the panel frame as it’s not clear

Yes they are juststuck down, the screws are only holding the panel to the brackets

Looks to be stuck down to me but best if you unscrew the panel from the brackets to see if there are any screws on the bracket inner section.you only need to lift it up to see underneath,not totally remove the panel.

I’d say the brackets are stuck down but best to check like Jim says
