Autotrail Shower Temp Fluctuating (1 Viewer)

I have a 2007 Autotrail Cheyenne and when I run the shower the water temperature goes up and down. It is a straight mixer (photo attached) which I have had to pieces and cannot see any problems. Both the vanity and kitchen sink work ok and the problem occurs even when no other taps are being run.
Can anybody suggest a possible cause. Cheers. Dave

Non-return valve on the boiler stuck open.

On the cold water inlet of the boiler. Usually very close to the boiler itself. You should find info here.
