since 2006 ( I think ! )
So went to the loo .. left the loo and shut the door..
Woman wants to get in the shower and the door will not open..
Tools dragged in to the light and wangled the door open....
Had a look at the lock and the bloody guts of the lock ( made of monkey metal ) had completely fallen apart !

Off to the ferreteria in the morning to get a replacement...
Just glad it fell apart when I was on the outside of the door and not in !!

Shame, we could have had our first fully documented gassing thread, even maybe with a dead body "Motorhomer gassed to death"

Is your door the one with the magnetic sliding latch ??
No peeps.. It is a standard type of latch found on perhaps a kitchen or living room door at home..
Has standard door handles that operate a solid square piece of metal that passes through the latch.. As you turn the handle the square metal bar turns and that in turn retracts the latch allowing the door to open
Should have no problem getting a replacement :)

In the meantime to preserve your ladies modesty get some Gaffer Tape with which to keep the door closed..... only before doing this remember to have a pee before and not after

Welllll
A visit to the ferreteria was fruitful and a replacement ( identical in every way to the original one ) was procured

Mind you, at the cost of them I do not wanna be replacing it again any time soon !!!!

Cost a rather staggering 1.55 € !! LOL !!
