You can start by measuring each battery with a multimeter to check they are interconnected. Should be the same levels unless one is dying?

Or your cables that join them together and any feed cables could be unevenly drawing power if different lengths..but the difference is quite a lot.

Usually points to one battery looking duff though..
Or were different ages/usage levels
Only real way to tell if they aren't lithium without a BMS or bluetooth monitoring or shunt on them..is give them both a full charge and check from there.

Learning to appreciate what time we have left
We had a similar problem guys. We have the Baby Comanche (Delaware) . The one battery was a year older and was low on power. Changed them both for new and all was ok. How old are your batteries? Do you have warranty with them at all ?

What sort of display do you have, that shows battery capacity (Ah)?
I guess it is an aftermarket device, I have not seen such a device fitted as standard. For it to be showing individual battery capacities, it would require something like a pair of shunts, one for each battery and sophisticated unit to evaluate the shunt outputs.
I say this because your two batteries are, almost certainly, joined together, creating one large 12v battery.
Best to disconnect both batteries, fully charge and carry out a capacity test on each.
Another explanation, would be that battery 1 is leisure battery and battery 2 is vehicle battery, or the other way round.
