Hi, I see this has been asked before but all the links have expired. I am trying to replace 6 locks all with the same key on our 2010 Autotrail 634 (gas, battery and space wheel lockers) to make them more secure by having proper key locks rather than the ones fitted which can be opened with long nose pliers. My present compression locks have a barrel 22mm thread and 19mm across flats and 30mm long. The cap diameter is 28mm, the thread section with the arm on is 10mm thread 35mm long with 8mm across flats. I would like to continue using the existing arms if possible. All the people I have found on the internet don't give dimensions of the lock and are not replying to emails. Has anyone else out there changed all their locks? I have attached some pictures from SnJ previous June 2020 post as mine are the same. Alternatively I see there are barrel replacements for some locks is this possible with this lock.

Might be worth trying Kevin at Leisure Plus Direct (mobile 07790 510074). I've had different locks from him (not your model though) all keyed to the same key and found him really helpful. If not he may be able to point you in the right direction. His email is info@leisureplusdirect.co.uk

Hi, just wondering if you found any key locks to replace existing- I want to do the same thing but no joy as of yet.

I have emailed and phone a number of companies on the internet, most don't reply to emails. Those who I have spoken to can't help, one said his rep was waiting for an order of 250 compression locks but couldn't get any. Kevin at Leisure Plus Direct (as suggested by seamus62) couldn't help I have even contacted Autotrail and awaiting a reply. There seems to be a shortage of lots of motorhome parts at the moment.

I have just ordered 6 of these:
The body dimensions are right to go through the existing hole and my existing arms should fit. The sales guy said there was no problem with matching keys so fingers crossed.

Just fitted the new locks to the motorhome, two things to highlight:
Firstly, Autotrail cut a round hole to fit the lock in. This means there are no flats to stop the whole lock being brutally rotated by the locks wings. The serrated washer does drive into the plastic quite well so this should help.
Secondly, the flats on the lever arm shaft mean that the locking position is with the wings vertical. It would have been nice if they were horizontal. I may cut some flats at 90 degrees in the future to make it look nicer.
I do now have 6 locks all with the same key (well 12 keys actually) and that should deter most people.
