im a newbie
Anybody know how to turn on the led lighting in the garage on an autotrail comanche 2013. I have tried most switches but nothing have emailed autotrail but no answer

There is a push switch at the end of the light strip.. :). catches a lot of people out... :)

Ours has a switch just inside the garage door to the left (I think)

Ours is a 2013 Scout - so probably the same.

If you can't find it and the dealer cant help try Johns Cross Motorhomes they are an Autotrail dealer and their staff are clued up.

Edit - Listen to Tonka on this one - he will be right.

Thanks for that, took the light out but didn't see the switch, I must wear my glasses more often

Autotrails...
Garage light
Light under the bathroom door
water heater,,

I am sure these are all done to test us.. Each one has caught me out and I have exactly the same model van for 5 years previous..

All (and I mean all) of the light switches confuse me.

Don`t know about yours but our garage light was fixed vertically to the right of the door, so it kept getting knocked by the contents.
Have now moved it to above the door, which rather stupidly opens upwards, (who designs these motorhomes) do they actually ever use them or see them when they are finished?

Our light is in same place and previous owner has broke the clips on it

I don't have a garage but the light system is simple.

1. Under the r/h side unit above the sink, lights up the kitchen area and worktop above fridge.
2. To the left of the control unit above hab door, that is the awning light.
3. Under the first unit behind the driver's side seat, lights up the lounge area.
4. Four x reading lights positioned under each corner unit in the lounge.
5. One below and to the left of the toilet unit, lights up toilet area and shower unit.

Simples, don't think there are any more(y). Although, I could do with one inside the wardrobe. DIY job here we come (y)

Think it depends on the model, Steve.
Our awning light is on the control panel. The light switch next to it is for the interior hab door light.
Under the consumer unit is for the overcab bed area and the bedroom step light.
Our wardrobe has a door activated switch for its light.
Etc.
