Autotrail CD/DVD stopped working (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have a 2009 Cheyenne and the CD/DVD has suddenly stopped working. The radio works fine as does the reversing camera view. Does anyone have any ideas that I can try to test if this a complete failure or maybe just a clean needed? I'm guessing that to replace this unit, which is linked to the Media Centre, will be quite expensive! Any help or advice would be great. Thanks

Do you know what model you have fitted..

This is the company that was supplying Autotrail..
May be worth a shot on a repair / exchange unit..

Thanks for your reply tonka. I'm not sure what the model is but I will certainly give the suppliers a call for more info.

Some just have a ref like. El1200 or El1300 but not sure on when they started to be fitted....

If the unit is out of warranty (probably is) I think these guys are the "approved" repair centre for Auto-trail media units - Broken Link Removed. Might be worth a phone call to them?

We had trouble with ours and after checking all of the easy bits I looked at the wireing connectors and found two of the jacks with broken solder connections cheap connectors used by installers I re soldered and everything works fine now. Our van Autotrail Tracker 2013
