Hi Any one got fuel consumption figures for the above (rough idea)? Cheers in advance

We had a 2004 Cheyene 696G with merc 316 used to get around 25mpg and I didn't boot it usually around 50mph.good motors though would climb the steepest of mountains no trouble.:)

416 with 2.1 engine total weight 4.1T 25mpg

Our eura Mobil a claws was on that chassis, and often hit 27 mpg also got 25 mpg towing on a run. Bob.

We get about 23mpg towing , (never not towing), thats an aututrail 632 sprintshift g/box.
Cheers, Dave(y)

Thank you all, Run a early sprinter now but thought a 316 could be the way to go especially for towing our trailer,

i get 24 mpg at 55 mph towing a fiat panda on a trailer and slightly less towing the same car on an a-frame. maybe its down to to the fact that the trailer has two wheels and less friction? also had it remapped so quite happy with the mpg considering this and the fuel used was from fill up to next fill up.
