Autoquest habatational door (1 Viewer)

we have just purchased an Elddis Autoquest 2009 and are having problems with the enternal door lock it will not lock from the inside. I thought this would have been part of the checks before we bought it. Can any one advise and has anybody else had the same happen to them

You'd be surprised at things that dealers/sellers DON'T check!

A photo of the lock type would help Terry.

• I take it that it locks ok with the key from the outside?
• Will it lock from the inside if someone pushes on the door from outside?

Thanks for your reply yes it locks from the outside with the key, but not from the inside even if I push it the door from the outside it is a plastic enternal lock . Have spoken to the dealer and they want to take a look. Can you tell me is this covered with habation check
