Yeah there is on the History Side of things. The downsides are that pages wont be cached and would need to be loaded from the web every time.

Tools/Internet Options/Browsing History/settings

History can be set to 0 days.

Cookies are required on some sites otherwise the site wont work.

Steps to delete cookie files manually

To manually delete cookie files from your computer, follow the appropriate steps in this section for your version of Internet Explorer.

Warning Cookies may contain information for a customized Web page or logon information for a Web site. Before you delete your cookies, you may want to export or save them. If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or later versions, use the Import/Export Wizard in Internet Explorer to export your cookies. For more information about how to use the Import/Export Wizard, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: Link Removed (Link Removed) Description of the Import/Export Wizard that is included with Internet Explorer 5.0 or later
If you are using a version of Internet Explorer earlier than Internet Explorer 5.0, upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer or manually copy your cookies to a safe location before you delete them. Steps to determine your version of Internet Explorer

To determine which version of Internet Explorer you have installed on your computer, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type iexplore.exe, and then press ENTER. 2. On the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer.

Note If you do not see the Help menu, you may have to click the arrows in the upper-right corner to reveal it. In the About Internet Explorer window, the version that is installed is listed next to Version. Steps to manually delete cookie files for Windows Internet Explorer 7

1. Exit Internet Explorer 7, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer. 2. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER. 3. On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History in the Internet Properties dialog box. 4. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Cookies. 5. The only settings within Internet Explorer I'm aware of is to limit the days the history is kept, with 0 being the lowest, and limit the size of the cookies folder to say 50meg. This won't clear out after each IE exit, but will limit the amount IE will hang on to. There are several ie shells, browser add ons that will do this for you, Public Web Browser by TeamSoftware which is a very good one. We use this on all of our public machines to allow anonimity for the Patrons. Another one is MYIE2 (Link Removed), which has a clear all button, I'm not sure if it can be set to automatic. I'll be watching this discussion, to see if IE has SOMEWAY to do this easier:)
