Can't help except to recommend you don't leave the van unattended there a lot of undesirables about even the one at Dunkirk is dodgy now.

the 31st isn't a bank holiday and was open last year. Should be the same this year.

Won't use the Calais Auchan because of the potential illegals problem, even if we're southbound. If we need to stock up prefer the Boulogne one which has more retail opportunities around it plus a motorhome service point. It's also considered okay and safe to overnight there.

Depending on direction of travel the Auchan hypermarket at St Omer is very good, better than Coquelles for sure.

Yes they do, but we couldn’t work out how to use it a couple of weeks ago. All pumps were paid by card, but no card machine by gas pump. Another filling station down the road though

The pump for gas was only operated from the kiosk. Luckily the guy was there in the afternoon.

Thanks for the replies and advice that I think I will take.. Our tunnel crossing gets us in France about 6.00pm on our way to Spain so we had hoped to shop before heading south. When I searched on the internet it gave me information for 2010, 2011 and 2012.

There is a very large Auchan in Saint Omer .if that is any good to you Safe Parking ,and when we were there ni September, cheap LPG 65 cents per litre .
