Hi all,

finally all the financial hoo ha we have been going through has been sorted and we are ready to set off on our adventure to Crete, via France and Italy. We are planning to take about 3 months on the trip. Thanks to the plethora of Macdonalds restaurants in Europe with free wi-fi, we will continue to read and post on this wonderful site, and hopefully join in the quiz too. We are going to try to plan it so that we are in the vicinity of Parc Verger around the time of the Fun meet, if at all possible.

We set off from Dover-Calais on Tues 1st July, and got the booking for £37.50, which we feel is a bargain.

Wish us luck, we will probably need it.

Hi Kevitt, have wonderful travels, i so envy you crete is one of my favourite places so much to see, but thats the beauty of having a m/h you can see it all, look forward to hearing about your escapades,don't know if you have been to crete before but a must go to see is the blue lagoon you can park your m/h for free and stay as long as u like one guy had been there for six months in his m/h ,also somari gorge, the war cemetary at suda bay etc etc. enjoy
