this trip was originally sorted for April/May but due to a broken fibula couldn't quite manage it.
so tomorrow down to Portsmouth and on the evening sailing to Santander. slow meander through Rioja country - hands have nearly stopped shaking just thinking about it - along the Pyrenees to the coast then up through France either via the alps or through the central massif.
nice month away and hopefully not 30+ degrees !
