Ex-Caravanners who no longer have the energy for all that "setting up"!!
Hi All,

We are Nick & Pam - shortly to arrive in motor-home heaven from a lot of years towing caravans around the UK & Europe....as we get older and have more time to travel, conversely we have less energy for all that "setting up" nonsense that accompanies arrival at site with a caravan.

We saw the Hymer B634 Duo Mobile back in 2013 at a show near Stafford and have lusted over one pretty much ever since.....looks like 2019 is the year we will make it happen, as ours is just going through PDI and having some extras fitted before we collect it next Wednesday.

Excited???????
Don't know the meaning of the word!!!!!!:dance2:

Yes, but air awnings have taken all the fun out of the motorhomer’s favourite spectator sport...........

What a great intro @Nick_Pam and welcome to the Fun, though you're not strictly from the Dark-Side you're just a tugger who's seen the light.
I very much liked the DuoMobile when I looked over it though I will be selling my Bedford Beagle conversion (See Pic) soon so I expect you're kicking yourself now......... and mine will be under the £100k, now you're in tears I can tell!

If we went back to a snail we would still stay here. Usually a few tuggers at each of the big shows in our patch. Everyone’s requirements change over time, a motorhome would not have suited us when our children were very small (they are gone now, even the grandchildren are on their way out having outgrown us apart from one).
So enjoy your new lifestyle, we did in 2010 and still do :WelcomeFlag:

Our eldest grand-child is due to be a father later this year (we started early!!) so no worries on that score!! :roflmto::roflmto:
