Are there any Home/Domestic (Pyronix) Alarm installers on here?

Who could help me please?

Not an installer but self-installed a Pyronix Enforcer panel and associated sensors in one of our places. Very good "semi-commercial" system it is.

Recently had a 25 year old system (keypads failed and new keypads were not compatible) replaced with Pyronix. We had to replace our IR sensors and keypads. We were able to re-use our 3 panic alarms and all magnetic door sensors. We had some problems with the kitchen sensor after install which turned out to be a fault in the old wire from the panel which was the only wiring that needed replacing.

Our local to us installation engineer has been very helpful.

Very useful having the app, though it is not instantaneous in its operation. When we were at the Norfolk Show this year the alarm went off. It showed this was on the kitchen and I was able to check on the cctv that it was a false alarm. I was able to turn off the kitchen zone and reset the rest of the alarm remotely.

A little info first maybe. I used to work for an alarm company many, many years ago. Old wired systems.

I have installed two of the old Pyronix systems, wired. One in my house, one for my Daughter.

Since then, I have installed 3 Enforcer systems, V11. One to replace my old Wired Pyronix, one for my Daughter and one in my holiday home. This is where my question come in, if anyone could help please?.

I have fitted a Pyrinox External MC Wireless Magnetic contact to my pedestrian access gate.

I wanted to know if and how, I could program the input as a silent alarm. That is, so that it will not trigger the main Enforcer alarm, instead, sending a HU or similar alert to the HomeControl2 app.

The reason for this is so I can check when the Poolman/gardner comes onto the property. Also if anyone kicks the lock to get in (squatters).

I think there is an option for a silent 1st alarm so could you set this up to trigger on the zone with the gate and then full activation if a second zone is triggered?
Guessing really.
