Not used them but know of them and they do have a very good reputation. Incidentally and if it is of any help, I understand that Sargent do fixed price repairs on their equipment. Sargent Repairs

My EC500 was sent to them by the workshop I use. The leisure batts were not getting charge from the alternator.
It came back ahead of time and fully functioning.

A minor point, but they recently changed their name to Apuljack Electronics.

From reports of people on here, they are very competent and give good service. They do repairs, exchange units, upgrades to existing units, and also sell some hard-to-find bits like the swing-needle meters found on some EBL displays.

Yip I know this , but I read last night on their website they have a Minimum repair lead time of 5 weeks , I hope this isnt current info when I phone them today

Never used them yet but recently had over and above service from Martin Bushnell at A and N caravan Services. Helped me fault finding on my EBL but it was faulty. Posted off and he checked out, tested, repaired and I had it back in days. Fantastic

Great company who employ Chartered Engineers.

IIRC, they offer a ‘premium’ service that should cut down the lead time on your repair.
