App for locating LPG Stations (to refill my LPG tank)? (1 Viewer)

In the past I have used the myLPG.eu App to find LPG stations to refill my tank. On my last couple of trips to France and beyond I have found it to be quite unreliable, leading me into industrial estates in France and back streets only to find the suggested location missing.

Does anyone know of a more reliable App to use?

Used it last year without problems travelling through Germany Luxembourg an France
We topped up in Luxembourg using the APP and again in France using the APP

We always update when we know we are going to need it and we keep prices updated too

You don’t need the App, if you have an Apple device just use this link:

FillLPG.co.uk - Your LPG Filling station map

It will take you to a user friendly map and the UK information is usually very good.

I’ve just looked at this again. Having looked at it back in October. It now does not show the 3 garages near me that do LPG.....???.

I use an app called Petrol, logo is orange Petrol pump with euro sign on it. Has Diesel, Petrol and lpg on it, found far more reliable.

I found in the past many of the stated locations in many apps only sold bottled gas. Luckily, with an underslung 130ltr tank I didn't need to fill often.

It's worth remembering that updates on these apps is usually only as a result of people like us posting those updates. I try to do an update every time I fill. I sometimes forget.

Not quite. He is no longer updating the app, but it remains available on the app store and prices and availability continue to be updated by the usual user input, which the app and website always relied upon anyway. A quick check shows the pricing info has been updated on 4/3/20.

This website is not owned or operated by the person who developed the app. The app just takes the info from the website, good or bad. That is why the app developer is not spending any more time on the app.

Except it has a poor reputation for accuracy and updating in the UK. The latest update on eu shows the station I use as having lpg which was last updated a month ago. However fillpg was updated a few days ago and shows no supply currently available.

I have that one as well, and use it when in Europe, but it didn't used to be as accurate as FillLPG for the UK, However I will have a check over the next few weeks as to how accurate it now is, given that FillLPG obviously now has a limited shelf life.

LPG.eu is user updated at times so you are encouraged to post prices if they're different
When we are in France we use the Essence APP although that isn't always up to date on prices is mmore accurate on locations
