Apartment rentals in winter

This maybe not the place to ask, but does anyone have any knowledge of/or own an apartment/bungalow for a month's rental this winter, either December or January 2016 please, any recommendations.?

However you may find for winter rental you have to book for minimum 3 months,it's what I'm doing at present.

If you are looking for an apartment in Benalmadena Costa near Malaga you could try sending an email to helensboot@yahoo.co.uk. or phone 0034652593219. must warn you though that is a mobile number so better to use e mail. She has some nice apartments for rent, I would recommend asking for one with the winter sun. Helen has rented our apartment for a couple of years but we have decided to try and sell and if not to use it more in the winter time. Who knows we may meet you if you are down there. Could give you a few tips as we lived there for over 20 years.

Hi. We rented a villa in the Canaries via www.holidaylettings .co.uk. All the info (ie) price. Contact details + photos are there. You can also rent apartments & houses. We go for 4 months in winter. Got villa. Heated pool. 3 bedroom inclusive of electric, heating, etc. For £3.500. If you get owner details you could negotiate down further. Hope this helps.

We have now booked an apartment for a month at Mojacar Playa through Owners Direct, only £400 for the month including electric, just have flights to sort out when they come out later.

We're also on the hunt for some rented accommodation down that way for 2016.
That price seems to be very good - what month is that for?
We've used Owners Direct before with good results.

We rented an apartment in Benidorm from 9th December to 30th December last year,and it was the first time we have rented an apartment. I'm afraid we didn't enjoy it mainly because the beds had obtruding springs and also the sofa bed in the lounge had the same problem. It looked OK on the photos and it was clean but "very tired". It wasn't like having your own Motorhome and the friendliness you get on site, so I don't think we will do it again unless we win the Lottery and buy our own.

We have booked an apartment through Bookings.com for two weeks in Lanzarote...fabulous location
This will be the ninth time we have been back to the same area....this time I might make enquires about getting the MH over there!!!!

We are also going away again on Feb 24th for 2 weeks to Fuerteventura, we have hired a private villa from Owners Direct near Corralejo in the north of the island, not been before, but must be warmer than here!
