As one of the comments points out the dash should be replaced by "and" but still pretty meaningless in the context.

Horsepower and torque are not the same .

Oval racers have a good explanation for this stuff

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front

Oversteer is when you hit it backwards

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall

Torque is how far the wall moves when you hit it

Never heard it explained like that before...what a great explaination.
