    looks to me like a program a thief would love you to load, tells him where your goods are and logs passwords, collects info etc etc. good game, good game.

    I have SecureWave installed on my Android phone. There is a charge for it, I was fortunate enough to be part of the early testing so got a free subscription. They have now been bought by McAfee, the security company.

    RIM provide it free for Blackberry phones

    from your computer you can...

    * ring loudly
    * locate current location on map
    * wipe and permanently delete all data
    * lock it and set new password
    * Show a customized message on your Home screen, even if your device is locked.

    I just read in the mail, how weird!!!
    thats how a business man from the US found his stolen computer, had a web cam of when the thief opened the pc and then told police where it was by the means of GPS so he got his PC back,they lived just 4 streets away, excellent idea, so much so I am going to find out about it, I think the programme I have on my android phone at the moment might do the same, called lookout:thumb:
