we dont have these ones but we do have 4 i think they fold flat when not in use. I use them to attach bungee ropes to. there again we have that much junk nothing would move anyway

We have 6 of the lay flat type in our Adria's garage. Fitted as standard I think. We fits straps to the 3 at the back to hold our tables and chairs and other things to the back wall.
