Ok maybe change of rules - It was on the paperwork we got when we booked in. Security guard certainly opened the lower gate to let us through to toilet/showers and water point but we never went out the main gate in the evening just enjoyed watching the wildlife and the light changing on the wheel.

Ok maybe change of rules -

Must be as certainly not on the paperwork now, and no mention of it either when we stayed there or arranging the rally meet.
There are 3 water points in the car park allocated to us and the bottom gate left open for access to the toilets/showers to use with your key.

I think it was October that we stayed maybe getting more popular and relaxing things.
