Anyone loaded funds onto WeSwap lately?

We usually use WeSwap for currency but I don't seem to be able to load funds in order to create a swap. Has anyone used it lately... is there a different process for transferring funds?

I tried the online help but it was just a bot and I couldn't get a reply to my question.

Don't know if this is anything to do with it but they've updated their app (2.0) and are canceling existing cards and issuing new ones. Unfortunately, the application process looks buggy.

Thanks for that Andrew. I thought I'd forgotten a vital step in the process as I hadn't used it for getting on for a couple of years.
