I have an Elnagh Baron with exactly the same caps which have also become brittle, Iāve been searching for a long time as well. If you have any luck please let me know. Thanks for all the replies so far, I have sent a message to Paul, I must admit I hadn't thought of 3D printing

having just started 3d printing, i am interested to know if you scan any parts you produce or if you design from scratch with a bloody good ruler (or micrometer) LOLPrototype on its way to Tizme to test for size.

I sit there measuring with a micrometer and redesign all the weak bits out of it. Takes a while but it works. A lot of the things I make are straight out of my head.having just started 3d printing, i am interested to know if you scan any parts you produce or if you design from scratch with a bloody good ruler (or micrometer) LOL

I put a good amount of Sikkaflex underneath to ensure they were sealed and so they will all need cleaning off, but I was really pleased with the end design, especially after Paul changed it to incorporate the caps to cover the screws, gives a better finish than the original, I think.
