We have a Peugeot Boxer pvc that was previously owned by a disabled couple. It has a wide rear gangway and on the floor are some fittings ( wheelchair?) . I can’t figure out how they work and wonder if they may be helpful to strap bikes in with? Do they have some kind of attachment I could get hold of? I’ve attached a couple of photos, .......

I imagine they are designed to connect to a female buckle of some kind... Is there a manufacturer name on them?

Interesting!, A SS floor fixing with not much to grab hold of as its very shallow. It would be great to see how it was intended to be used wouldn't it? There are a few companies out there that specialise in car & van conversions for wheelchairs, some are listed as sellers through the Motability Cars/Vans site.
Perhaps if you were to send those pictures via e mail to them they could maybe shed some more light on their use.(y)
If you cannot use them, then as the holes are already in place, I would remove and replace with the usual tie down fixtures for cargo straps etc, you could then use them for fixing not only bikes, but any large item you wanted to secure.
Good Luck in your search.

Yep that's the type in our car which is wheelchair adapted. The lady who had it before us took the attachments with her as they fit her new car. Our car also has straps and extra seat belt type fixings. I thought the floor brackets were more for correct placement than for securing the chair.
