Hi Guys,
i'm Looking to uprate the weight of an iveco 35C11 and as yet not having much luck, spoke to svtech who seem pretty sure it can't be done but i'm pretty sure it has been done previously, any one out there running one?

looking for info on how to do the same, what is required etc.

cheers, Keith

did you have any luck? Ive had 2 Iveco 35cXX now

the First was a 2001 2.8L
left factory Plated at MAM of 3500kg
re-plated by Laika at MAM of 4200 Kg

the Current one a 2007 3.0L
left Iveco plated at MAM of 3500Kg
re-plated by Laika at MAM of 4000kg (GTW of 7000kg remains the same)

Neither appear to have had any modifications over the 3500Kg version (according to North East Van & Truck who service mine) ... even the tyre ratings are the same.

Uprating ought to be a paper exercise.

I think svtech might be confusing it with the 35sXX which has a thinner gauge chassis and single rear wheels ... and is MAXed out at 3500Kg

Makes sense now, the gas port is not far away. I have not tried a can on my Aug. I do have a adapter so I can switch it off the AR. Will have to try it this spring. Thx.
