I might be looking at a 2006 motorhome with a Renault cab, any info on it gratefully received..

Thanks..

I think you will find that they will be auto-clutch rather than proper automatic. (y)

AFAIK that is a robotised manual gearbox, similar to the Fiat Comfortmatic.

We had a 2007 Autotrail on the Renault Master 2.5 Auto. It was a robotised gearbox, we found it to be a nice engine, drove quite well, power was more than adequate although you had to work the gearbox on the really steep stuff. That said, we'd buy a motorhome with that engine in again.

Hope that helps (y)

It looks in lovely condition, upholstery wise. :)

Sorry, I'm not technical.

I’m not on Facebook...

When I’m next in the mood to slit my throat I’ll join....🤣
I was just trying to help with your question by pointing you in the direction of people nice who might help with the answers. Seems you might need the number of the Samaritans too. :-(

Oscar were you a member of the FB Miami group?

Nana - not sure, think we might have been , we left FB for a while & now only use it for research

Just smiffy Whoops didn’t mean to stop this thread dead. My apologies I was not having a good day. I was about to go into to hospital that had an outbreak of covid in it’s wards to have an eye operation to say I was stressed it an understatement. Take care all.

I have a Renault Master 2500cc 146bhp on an A class, had her since 2010 and very delighted with
Our purchase, It’s is a Six speed robotised gearbox similar to the Fiat comfortmatic but the Renault
Box is much smoother, She happily cruisers at 62 mph with 2100 rpm with economy of 28 mpg for
A 3900kg A class I consider it’s very good,
Five years back we went to the Düsseldorf motorhome show and didn’t find anything better than our vehicle
For twice the price, that’s why we still have her,
