You could always make up a template from cardboard and stick it to the bracket to test the space . Remember a TVs screen size is the diagonal measurement

Weight too could be a problem. Not so much when viewing as when bouncing along.

We only have a 19 inch TV fitted, so it's hard to say the max.

We have a TD700 and recently fitted an Avtex 24 inch , however I had to buy a VESA plate , and drill it so as offset the tv horizontally and vertically , so as to fit in the recess. An 18 inch tv had no problem fitting without the mods....ours is similar to the image below.
