Anyone going to Brownhills for a free bacon buttie and cuppa? (1 Viewer)

If so, would you be able to get an external shower for me please?
They have a 20% sale on AND 10% for club members so I could save almost £30 on the price if anyone could collect and pay in store (happy to transfer via bank transfer prior to purchase!)
If you're going to the Halloween bash, I could collect from there or just let me know where you are to see if it's feasible. We live in clacton on sea, but I am booked to go to the NEC on the 18th Oct and then up to Stockport afterwards.
Please don't feel too sorry for me not being able to go as we are out in the Mediterranean area (they won't offer me the extra discount if I don't go into the shop and buy it!)

Their cafe/bistro is excellent IMO. Brownhills often get bad press, but I’ve been there this morning and obtained a sink waste from their parts dept for our van off the shelf. Our van is sixteen years old.

We had a pastie there a few weeks ago, shame it wasn't home made and cooked in the oven - unfortunately they 'pinged' it, it didn't tase bad, but would have been so much better in an oven!

We used to do a free stopover there when we was off somewhere,we would get the van out of storage then park over night,use cafe and swimming pool it was very handy

Nothing quite like a microwaved pasty with soggy patty for indigestion. Oven = very good, Microwaved pastry = cant be bothered.

Agree. Their cafe is good. Used to stop there and overnight every year en route to Dover ferry. Sadly not since we bought the current van from elsewhere. Sometimes the other man's grass is not so green.

There was a time that Brownhills had a really bad press and deservedly so. Literally once a week we would have a tale of woe reported here. People set up websites complaining about them. But times change. All reports here that I see these days are good ones. They consolidated and really turned things around. Well done them

We had a shocking aftersales experience after we bought our second motorhome from them (and i mean really bad) but we still went on to buy two more lol

I think you will find that the 10% club discount is included in the 20%. And I am not aware that they do free bacon butties for club members. Unless that is the voucher off which is usually in March.

Lol, not at all, I happened to get an email off them (which I don't normally read!) I can assure you that I know far less than my wife ... She truly is blessed with 'tge knowledge' - even if it is sometimes after the event ....
