I know the pub, but been a few years since we moved from the area so can't say if it's changed or not. Looking at their website it's still the same people running it so if they've kept things as good as they were before then the food will be good and they will have a good selection of beers. Never actually stayed there as we used to live nearby and would pop in occasionally for a meal.
