Any Wild camping near Portsmouth (1 Viewer)

Hi All

We are hopefully collecting our new motorhome (autosleeper executive) on friday/saturday from selsey near portsmouth, can anyone tell me if there are any wild camping places in the area just for the 1 night as not stayed in this area before.

A few motorhomes use Southsea sea front, very quiet Eastney end, Portsdown hill, north of the city is also used, but stay away from the viewpoint as this gets busy at night.

have spent a few nights outside Warblington Church, quiet as a graveyard, hee hee.

i know its a bit back fromwhere you are going, but Hayling island just after the bridge onto island on right hand side look for Puffin Billy line sign post, windsurfers use a little tucked away carpark, used it ourselfs very quiet.

I recently stayed at King's Parade, Aldwick, near Bognor Seafront. It was a very peaceful place, with no parking charges and I would recommend this place if it is convenient to where you are looking to stay.
