We hope to be off for a break in early October and want a night or two in Blackpool for the illuminations.
We're not bothered about club houses etc., and don't even need electric hook up.
We want to be near the town centre or on a short bus ride as obviously when we do the lights I don't want to take the motorhome.
Any recommendations would be appreciated

There is a bus stop outside Shovels (buses run fairly late) but I've never seen motorhomes there when we've stayed at THSs just down the road at South Shore Cricket Club last year and this so I don't know whether staying is more than a rumour.

If you are in the C&CC there are a number of rallies being run for the illuminations in October, a couple of which are at South Shore Cricket Club.
