Any mobiles to fix my satellite?

Evening all, we've recently purchased a Burstner with a Maxview satellite system, which won't work. The dish won't rise, and the message says 'Ignition' Obviously we don't have the ignition on or the key in it.
Maxview said its a wiring fault, and the chaps at our local moho garage doing it's service took a look and concluded....'we don't have a clue!'
Does any one have a recommendation for someone who can fix this for me? Ideally mobile or local to us in Bedfordshire? Many thanks x

It sounds like it thinks the ignition is on.

Do you have any documentation to check the voltage on the ignition connection with a mult-meter?

We have documentation I think, but absolutely no idea how I could do what you're suggesting. This is why we need someone who DOES know what they're doing to come in and fix it! We are complete numptys when it comes to Moho DIY!

If you look at the back of of the control box the green wire is the ignition feed
If that’s got a permanent live for some reason the dish won’t work
