It is on the left side of the dash and wired in. Obviously it was an aftermarket item. I was thinking it is some form of leveling device but being a newbie, I won’t assume anything!

Any ideas and if by chance you know what it is, can you tell me the make so I can “Google it” to find out more details. Thanks for your help!

Looks similar to the dashboard monitor from my reversing sensors.

Pop around the back and see if you have any.

I would also say a basic reversing monitor..... Or..

It's the speed display for your flux capacitor.
You need to attain 88 MPH before the capacitor takes you to a different point in time.

At 8.8 it's set at just below what Scotty says the engines can handle

I had one of those once in a coach I drove it tells you how far you are from the vehicle in front or behind , it used to beep every time I pulled up a traffic queue. When I saw the regular driver I mentioned it he laughed and said if you hold the button down it turns off.
